What counts as "selling" or "sharing"
Rayd8 TV does not sell personal information for money. Like most ad-supported streaming apps, we work with advertising and measurement partners to serve and measure ads across our live channels and on-demand library. Under California's broad legal definition, some of that activity is treated as a "sale" or "share," even without a cash payment. This page lets you opt out of that specific activity.
Categories of information involved
• Device & identifiers - Advertising ID, device type, app version
• Viewing activity - Channels, titles, and ads viewed
• Approximate location - Derived from IP address, city/region level
• Internet activity - App interactions, session and error logs
We do not sell or share precise geolocation, financial details, or account passwords under any circumstance.
